  • Rules of Best Asian Creative Artist Award：An individual music creator or band of two or more persons from any Asian country or area excluding the Republic of China (Taiwan) may register to compete for this award. Such individuals may not be in possession of a Republic of China (Taiwan) national identity card, alien resident certificate, or work permit issued by the central competent authority. Applicants for this award may not simultaneously apply to compete for other awards. A musical work marketed or released from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 in a country or area other than the Republic of China (Taiwan). Where the entry is an album, at least 70% of the lyrics and/or music shall in whole or in part have been created and performed (played) by the applicant. Where the entry is an EP (extended play record), 100% of the lyrics and/or music shall in whole or in part have been created and performed (played) by the applicant.
