  • 【Best Asian Creative Artist Award】An individual music creator or band of two or more persons from any Asian country or area excluding the Republic of China (Taiwan) may register and participate. Such individuals may not be in possession of a Republic of China (Taiwan) national identity card, alien resident certificate, or work permit issued by the central competent authority. Registrants for this award may not simultaneously apply to compete for other awards.
  • 【Rules concerning participating works】
    - Initial release between July 1 of the previous year and June 30 of the current year.
    - Entry of album, at least 70% of the lyrics and/or music shall in whole or in part have been created and performed (played) by the applicant.
    - Entry of EP (extended play record), 100% of the lyrics and/or music shall in whole or in part have been created and performed (played) by the applicant.
